Tirhani Reginald Tshabalala

Mr. Tshabalala is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public of the Republic of South Africa, and is the founder of the firm.

He completed his articles with a firm in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa and also commenced practicing as an attorney with the said firm. Immediately thereafter, he was admitted as a Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa and later as a Notary Public of the Republic of South Africa.

After practicing for a while with the firm in Sandton, he established a Law Firm in Rivonia, Johannesburg, South Africa in 2006 with two partners, which was known as Rees Tshabalala Adams Incorporated. In 2008, he left to establish Tshabalala Attorneys, Notaries & Conveyancers.  Mr. Tshabalala has been practicing for more than decade and also sits on the board of various entities in the Republic of South Africa. He is also a member of the Black Conveyancers Association, Law Society of the Northern Provinces and Black Lawyers Association.

Steven James Merchak (Independent Consultant)

Mr. Merchak is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a renowned lawyer specializing in various aspects of Arbitration, Mediation, Divorce Law, Dispute Resolution and a Consultant for the firm. Mr. Merchak is an independent consultant to the firm.
